The staff and doctor were very professional and described my options well. Needless to say, we will not be returning. If you feel the need to make your supervisor aware of the situation, you obviously feel the need to get your side heard first so that you can justify your mistake and inability to correct the situation. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said that based on the way the conversation was going, he was not going to give me a name or number and that he would talk with her and are her aware of the situation. I was told that both the patient and I had the wrong time and that there was not another time on the day specified. ![]() We made another appointment, which I found out was not scheduled at the time I heard him say it was for when I called the following week to clarify. He said I could wait 30-40 minutes and they could do the cleaning. What? That was what I had made the appointment for, or so I thought. The "manager" of the office came in and wanted to make an appointment for the actual cleaning. We arrived for the appointment and ,x-rays were taken and a doctor came into the room and looked at the X-rays. ![]() When I made the appointment, I was not told that the patient would not receive a cleaning.
